The mission of Summit Medical Center Health Foundation is to raise and allocate philanthropic funds, primarily for the hospital and medical clinics' programs and services that benefit the underserved, the elderly and the community. Our focus is on areas and issues that enhance the facilities' mission but do not fall within the normal parameters of the facilities or their budgets.
Key to the Foundation's work is its successful Healthy Communities initiative. This multi-faceted effort provides funding for a wide range of health-related programs and services, including:
